You hereby confirm:

Camping pitches

• Pitches are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis by Camping PINK staff only. It is not permitted to keep pitches free for following camping guests! If you want to stand next to each other, you must enter the camping area at the same time.
• Camping PINK Premium: A pitch has a size of 48 m² (6x8 m). Your vehicle is no longer than 8 m, otherwise you are obliged to book an 'overlength' pitch (70 m² (7x10 m)) or another pitch.
• Camping PINK am Birkmoarhof / additional area PINK Light: One pitch has a size of 30 m². Your vehicle is no longer than 7.5 m, otherwise you are obliged to book 'extra length' (50 m²) or an additional pitch.
• Vehicles for which an extra parking space has been booked are parked in a separate area. It is not permitted to drive into the camping area with this vehicle.
• Vehicles up to a maximum total weight of 7.5 tons are permitted on the campsite.
• For safety reasons, it is no longer permitted to drive out once you have entered the camping area for the first time.

Accommodation

• A deposit of € 500 must be paid in cash when you take over your accommodation. This amount will be returned to you once the accommodation has been returned in good condition.

Infrastructure

• Your pitch includes access to electricity. Please note that there is only one 230 V earthed socket (CEE 7/3), but no 400 V power supply available at the pitch. If other power connections are used, they will be cut off from the power supply! Remember to bring your own Euro plug with power cable and/or cable reel of at least 25 m. Depending on the location, a maximum cable length of 50 m may be required to the nearest power distributor. Please note that the power systems for any kind of heating/cooking (electric heaters, cooking/grilling) are not designed for the operation of air conditioning systems or consumers with high power. Please note: It is not permitted to operate power generators that you have brought with you!
• Additional area PINK Light: No electricity is available in this area. Only mobile toilets are available. There are no shower facilities, no (fresh) water and no catering facilities. You can use the sanitary facilities about 800 meters away free of charge and the gastronomy at Camping PINK am Birkmoarhof

Campsite

• We plan and act depending on the booking and weather situation or guest behavior. We will be prepared flexibly with a suitable concept for the corresponding circumstances at the time of the event in order to fulfill our service promise. This implies that the described location of the camping area, sanitary facilities and the catering offer may vary.
• It is an event campsite, with a party program and accompanying noise background. Nevertheless, the specified night's rest must be observed!
• Socially appropriate behavior and conduct is required at the campsite. Threats, use of violence, discriminatory language and/or gestures, sexual harassment and any other antisocial behavior will not be tolerated. Such violations may result in a warning and subsequently a ban from the premises. Any damage must be reimbursed by the perpetrator.
• Drugs, weapons, drones, laser pens, fireworks, gas and oil lamps, large gas cylinders (>11kg), candles and torches and any other dangerous objects are not permitted. drivers under the influence of intoxicants will be prohibited from entering the camping area, with the simultaneous loss of the camping booking, without refund of the booking amount.
• The general terms and conditions and the house rules have been read and are hereby confirmed.
• During the event, service numbers are available for questions and concerns. These can be found at the info points and in the house rules.

These rules apply to all persons arriving with this booking. Any violation of the above rules, terms and conditions or house rules will result in the loss of the camping authorization, without refund! Vehicles may be towed away at the expense of the person responsible.
